Signature Sessions

The most intimate and embodied of the in person sessions, and the one where everything weaves together. Heart Reflection is for when you do not just need grounding, you need to be witnessed, to feel what your heart has been carrying, and to let your body move it instead of holding it alone. The cards become a mirror. Your body becomes the answer. We begin gently, grounding and naming what is present. Then we open a heart centered tarot and oracle reflection, letting the cards mirror what you may be feeling, grieving, longing for, or quietly protecting. Whatever rises becomes the thread we carry into movement, where your body is invited to respond to what your heart revealed. Through intuitive movement, breath, and release, never choreography, never performance, you let it move through you. We close in stillness, breathing space around what surfaced, so it has room to settle and integrate.

Best for seasons of grief, tenderness, heaviness, relationship pain, or feeling far from yourself, when you need to be held while you find your way back to your own heart.

The Remembering Session is the deepest and most spacious work I offer. It is for the seasons when you can feel, somewhere inside, that there is so much more to you and to your life than you are able to reach right now, and yet you cannot name why that ache is there, or how to move out of it. This is a slow, spacious space to finally meet what has been quietly asking for your attention, and to begin remembering the truer self underneath everything you have carried. We begin with your natal chart, a first map of your inner world and the patterns you came in reaching to understand. From there we move into a long, unhurried tarot and oracle reading, the decks chosen intuitively for you, as many or as few as the session asks for. This is the most energetically led work I do, because I do not steer it. Whatever is meant to surface, surfaces, and we move through it together. As it unfolds, we bring in chakra psychology, letting what the reading reveals point us toward the places in you that most want tending, often beginning at your foundations, where so much of what we carry first takes root. Because this work can bring deep, long buried things to the surface, my greatest priority here is that you feel safe, validated, supported, and genuinely held the whole way through. This session belongs entirely to you. It becomes a mirror to your soul, your psyche, and your inner world. For many of the people I have worked with, this is the session where their healing began, the first time the self sabotaging patterns quietly running their life came into the light, and the start of the slow reconnection with who they truly are.
