The Space
The Space
A space where you can
stop holding it all together.
A space where you can stop
holding it all together.
Maybe you feel everything all the way down,
or you’ve gone quiet and numb instead.
Maybe you're the one who holds it all together
so well that no one sees how tired you are,
who reads every room and calls it fine.
Maybe you feel everything all the way down, or you’ve gone quiet and numb instead.
Maybe you’re the one who holds it all together so well that no one sees how tired you really are.
Or the one who reads every room, braces out of habit, and calls it fine.
However you carry it,
this space was built with you in mind.
However you carry it,
this space was built with you in mind...

I built what I wish I had in the darkest moments
of my own healing, back when I was only just
getting curious about how to start. Not a stage, classroom, or clinic, but a slow honest room where
you never have to earn your rest, explain your tears, or be any further along than you are today.

The heart of it
Being met, not fixed.
Somewhere along the way, a lot of us learned that being cared for came with conditions.
That we had to be calmer, easier, or further
along first. Here there are none. You're not a problem to be solved or a project to be improved. You're a person to be witnessed, exactly as you are today. That difference changes everything.

You’re met where you are, and we start there,
never where someone thinks you should be.
What we actually do depends on what
you come for, and every offering is described in Ways to Work With Me. What never changes is that you’re the one who sets how far it goes.
If you go quiet, the quiet is welcome, and I’m still
in it with you. If the tears come, there’s nothing to apologize for. You never have to prove your pain
to be believed here.

Some of what I offer stays gentle, a little clarity, a little room to breathe. Some of it goes all the way down, into the things you’ve carried alone. Wherever it lands, you’re never forced past what your body can hold.

And gentleness isn't the opposite of change, it's what lets change finally take root and stay. Little
by little, you stop waging war on yourself and come home to your own knowing, until the steadiness you find here becomes yours to keep, long after our work together ends.

This space is made of :
Nervous system safety
Your body gets to feel safe before anything else, because nothing real shifts while you’re bracing. As that safety builds, you begin to understand how your own nervous system works, and what once felt like too much slowly becomes something you can stay with, integrate, and grow from. Safety is what lets you expand instead of shut down.
Being met inside a space built this way again and again is what slowly lets you believe you were never the problem. The very things that once felt like proof something was wrong with you finally start to make sense. Not as flaws, but as the ways you once
kept yourself safe.

I'm not across from you with a clipboard,
waiting to fix you or grade you. I'm beside you.
I've been on my own floor, so I don't flinch at yours, and I can sit in the hard quiet without needing you to feel better so that I can. We let things close gently, so you leave more gathered than undone.

What I bring to it is 550 hours of training,
a 250 hour foundation at MokSana Yoga and 300 more in advanced yoga therapeutics at Ajna Yoga. That's where I learned to hold trauma without
doing harm, to work with a nervous system
instead of against it, and to let the body speak when the mind still can't explain itself. The rest
I taught myself. I've been reading cards and
charts professionally since 2020, I read the chakra system as psychology rather than energy, and I went deep into the science of the nervous system and self sabotage because I needed it to make sense of my own. An integrative somatic trauma therapy certification is next, and there will be
more after that.
This is what I hold for you now, as a trauma informed facilitator of deep healing and soul remembrance. Whether a day stays light or goes
all the way down, I stay in it with you. This work
was lived before it was studied. I don't stand
above it, I live inside it. And you never have to
do any of it the way I did, alone.

This is my promise to you :
I’ll meet you where you are,
I won’t rush you,
and I won’t look away.
With love,
Bridgitte

When you're ready, there are a few gentle ways in:
in person, online from wherever you are, or inside a deeper season of support. Wherever you begin, you'll be met the same way.
