Privacy Policy
What you share here is often tender. This page explains, in plain language, what information is collected on this site, why, where it lives, and the choices you always have over it.
(This policy is a working draft. It will be reviewed and refined before launch.)
What I collect
When you fill out a form on this site, I collect what you choose to give: your name, your email address, your phone number if you offer it, and the words you write in your message. Because of the nature of this work, what you write may include sensitive personal reflections, emotional experiences, or parts of your story. Those words are treated with the same care here as they would be in a session.
Why I collect it
Three reasons, and only these. To respond to your inquiry. To support you well if we work together. And, for clients, to notice patterns over time so our one on one work can be more attuned to you. Your information is never used for advertising, profiling, or anything you did not reach out for.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored securely in this website's database and a copy is emailed to me, Bridgitte, so I can respond personally. Access is limited to me and the small set of services that keep this site running.
Who sees it
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own use. The only systems that touch it are the service infrastructure this website needs to exist: website hosting, the database, and email delivery. Those providers process data on my behalf and nothing more.
How long it is kept, and your choices
Submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for responding to you or supporting our work together. You can ask at any time to see what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Just email ahimsahealz.contact@gmail.com and I will take care of it.
A gentle note about urgent situations
Please do not submit urgent or crisis information through the forms on this site. Forms are not monitored around the clock, and Ahimsa Healz is not an emergency or crisis support service. If you need urgent help, please contact emergency services or a crisis line in your area first. In the United States, you can call 911, or call or text 988.
Cookies and analytics
This site currently uses no tracking cookies and no advertising or analytics tools beyond what is technically essential for the website to function. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and the change will be explained plainly.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you want to know more about how your information is cared for, write to ahimsahealz.contact@gmail.com. You will get a human answer.
