The Unraveling Room is a small, intentionally held circle, no more than eight people, where you come to slow down, be witnessed, and gently reconnect with yourself alongside others doing the same. It is a space for your truth and your story, with no pressure and no fixing, just presence. You are welcome exactly as you are, whether you arrive open, guarded, raw, or unsure, and you are never required to speak. You are always invited to show up in your own way. This is a soft, invitational first step, especially if deeper one on one work feels like too much right now, or if you have never felt safe being open in a group before. It is never about putting anyone in the spotlight or unpacking their deepest trauma. Sharing is brief and only if you choose to, and the focus stays on being gently witnessed together, not on digging anything up. It is trauma aware, but it is not therapy, and never a place to be fixed or processed. Here, you get to feel your own emotional presence again, and remember you can trust yourself. You are always the one healing. I only hold the mirror. For many, this becomes a seed, the beginning of trusting themselves enough to keep going, whether that leads toward therapy, deeper work, or simply a kinder relationship with their own heart. It is meant to walk beside those paths, never to replace them. You are never too much here, and you are never not enough.

Sol Day Collective is a Sunday morning to come home to yourself, in good company. We gather to slow down, move, and be nourished, together, in a room that holds you exactly as you arrive. Whether you flow every week or you have never once stepped onto a mat, you belong here. We begin with a tarot reading pulled for the whole room, everyone's card woven into one, so the theme of the morning is something we create together, not something handed to you. From that reading you take a seed, a small intention that is yours to carry, and you choose the crystal you feel most drawn to, yours to keep, with a little card that holds its meaning. Then we move, a warm yoga flow that honors the day's theme, breath and body finding their rhythm. We close in stillness. A singing bowl and the soft ring of tuning forks carry you all the way down into rest, while your seed and your stone settle into you. You leave lighter than you came, holding something to keep and something to remember. This is a space to reconnect, to yourself, to your own light, and to the quiet, steady feminine in all of us. You belong here exactly as you are.
